Brilliant Bull may offer a 7-day trial plan for certain subscriptions.

Please note:

  • It is a paid trial with limited access
  • No refunds are available for trial purchases under any circumstances

By purchasing a trial, you agree that the amount paid for the trial period is non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility for Subscriptions

Refunds are only applicable for regular subscriptions, such as:

  • Quarterly plans
  • Yearly plans

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase date only.

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • A valid reason must be provided
  • You must not have violated our Terms or misused the service

After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Partial usage of subscription
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Technical issues caused by your device, internet, or third-party platforms
  • Violation of our terms or misuse of services

All such purchases are considered final.
